According to JACK PO communication with REACH representative, TAKHAR and =
KUNDUZ province enumerators achieved their overall targets, however, the =
missed targets are from female interviews. According to REACH policies =
which Ms. Lea told me through phone communication, if a female file is =
not accepted we cannot retake the interview. So basically in overall =
interviews, if a male interview is not accepted we can retake the =
interview but if a female interview form a house is not accepted, then =
it cannot be retaken.=20

We had a good communication with Ms. Lea the representative of REACH =
initiative survey, they always send us the progress of our work in =
Takhar and Kunduz province, however our only challenge was female =
interview in which we could not take it second time.=20

Our enumerators were trained and did their best, however, most of them =
were new to this KOBO COLLECT application survey.

In Kunduz province where only male interviews were needed, we achieved =
100%, only in Takhar we were not able to achieve less than 5% of the =
target which was only related to female interview.=20

I hope now everything is clear about the salary cut. We will distribute =
the salary according to their target achievement to each Enumerator from =
Takhar province.
