ced them to withdraw. No further clash has been reported in the area since =

 hrs: </strong>Early in the morning today, at around 0500 hrs, an estimated=
 200 ANSF members, including the previously reported 50 ANA Commandos from =
Taloqan City and approximately 50 other ANA Commandos from Fayzabad City, l=
aunched an operation in Dasht-e Archi District. Following their deployment =
to the Sayed Zeno area, the government troops engaged OAG members, promptin=
g an armed clash which lasted for roughly one hour, until the armed opposit=
ion withdrew.<br /><br />At around 0600 hrs, when the ANSF operation team h=
ad taken the control of the Sayed Zeno area, the government troops proceede=
d to Dasht-e Archi DAC. An armed clash erupted in the area with SAF and RPG=
s, concluding at around 0930 hrs when ANSF forced OAG members to withdraw.<=
br /><br />AAF is still monitoring the security situation of Dasht-e Archi =
District by air. Last night, at approximately 2000 hrs, the air force condu=
cted at least one airstrike to target an OAG position in Dasht-e Archi DAC,=
 killing four OAG members.<br /><br />No further casualties have been repor=
ted.<br /><br />The previous advisory remains in place.</div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 16 November, 1630 hrs:</s=
trong> The ANSF members present in the ANP HQ located in the Sayed Zeno are=
a abandoned their position and retreated to the <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/m=
aps/37po5Cz9Pgesn9wB6">Hazar Bagh</a>&nbsp;area of Khwajaghar District, Tak=
har Province, at around 1530 hrs. As of the time of writing, the Sayed Zeno=
 and Dasht-e Archi DAC areas are under OAG control, with no armed clash ong=
oing.<br /><br />At approximately 0830 hrs, an estimated 50 ANSF reinforcem=
ents (ANA Commandos) had been deployed from Taloqan City to the Sayed Zeno =
area via Khwajaghar District.<br /><br />AAF is still flying over Dasht-e A=
rchi District. At around 0700 hrs, the air force conducted at least one air=
strike to target an OAG position in Dasht-e Archi DAC. No further airstrike=
s have been reported.<br /><br />Five ANSF members have been killed and fiv=
e others wounded. Eight OAG members have been killed and 13 more wounded.<b=

trong> At the time and location noted above, OAG members attacked the Dasht=
-e Archi ANP HQ with SAF and RPGs. ANSF members responded and an armed clas=
h is ongoing.<br /><br />Earlier in the morning, at around 0600 hrs, OAG me=
mbers had attacked the Dasht-e Archi DAC compound. ANSF members positioned =
in the district centre had reportedly retreated to avoid casualties, with O=
AG members overrunning the DAC area.<br /><br />AAF is monitoring the secur=
ity situation by air and providing support to the government troops on the =
ground.<br /><br />Telecommunication network providers available in Dasht-e=
 Archi District are operating with difficulties, which is limiting the capa=
city of NGOs to communicate with their field offices and receive further in=
formation.<br /><br />NGOs are advised to avoid the area until further noti=
ce.<br /><br />NGOs with staff present in Dasht-e Archi District are recomm=
ended to initiate headcount procedures and advise their staff to remain ind=
oors, away from windows, and consider to seek shelter inside safe rooms or =
hardened structures if conflict activity is taking place nearby.<br /><br /=
>NGOs are further recommended to ensure that communication and reporting ch=
