Dear Dr. Saqib,

As you had received feedbacks several time, about  contact tracing of
COVID-19 ERHS project and requested to strictly fallow up the contact
tracing.

You have received letter from your line manager and  MoPH/GCMU you have just
allowed to admit  sever and critical cases in COVID-19 hospital, along with
regular data entry of DHIS2. But still  the project don't have any sever or
critical case reported while there is high occupancy in this hospital, and
weak contact tracing and case fallow up by your team.

Based on the project ToR, third party evaluation will be evaluate all
expense with, hospital admission according to budget line of MoPH, based on
your data reported (DHIS2 data base). Be carefull with third paryt
evaluation,  You as the technical manager of the project will the first
person who is authorized and responsible to manage and control project in
the field, because main office have their technical input and feedback,
there is only weak fallow up and late decision to overcome and manage this
problem.
