Thanks you very much for having meeting with you this morning regarding the
COVID-19 spending status and November 2020 Forecast.

Actual burn rate for the project till Oct, 2020 is 84% in term of USD. We
have already shared Nov, 2020 forecast with your good self and hopefully by
the end of project we would be able to spent total budget.

We have saving amount of USD 5,760 under staffing chapter under COVID-19.
You are requested to arrange approval from relevant quarter for paying the
amount to field staff @ 34 USD per month from July till Nov,2020 on account
of travelling allowance to them .

Please share updated USD BVA & Receipts/installment amount of COVID-19 and
Trauma.
