Greetings from JACK,=20

As you know there was Twining field visit on 25 October till 28 October =
2020 in Kunduz with SCI colleagues. It was a very effective filed visit =
and the joint teams visited CFSs , and Mobile Health Teams as well as =
there was partnership one day workshop. And at the end of the field =
visit the SCI and JACK teams had meeting at JACK provincial office on 28 =
October 2020 and in this meeting the following issues are discussed;=20

1.       Review of feedbacks of Improvement Action Plan which has been =
conducted already by SCI team from Kunduz BMZ project=20

2.       Coordination between SCI and JACK

3.       Quality of Report=20

4.       Turn of Over of Staff particularly Project Coordinator=20

5.       Joint visits between SCI and JACK

6.       Issue of wooden stove and winterization=20

7.       Trainings=20

Descriptions;

1.                   Review of feedbacks of Improvement Action Plan =
which has been conducted already by SCI team from Kunduz BMZ project

SCI program team had mission from Kunduz BMZ project in 2019 December =
and they had some feedbacks and comments and all those comments and =
feedbacks were shared with JCK main and provincial offices for =
improvement; and in this field visit these findings reviewed with SCI =
team on 28 October 2020 at JACK provincial office ; and it was agreed =
the JACK will provide the supportive documents for each progression and =
the progress of the plan a long with the required supportive documents =
will be shared once again with SCI.

2.                   Coordination between SCI and JACK on National and =
Field levels

The quarterly coordination meetings are highly important to be conducted =
at field level between SCI and JACK and other partners and these =
meetings should be conducted in SCI office , JACK office and any other =
partner office according  the plan and request of the relevant office. =
And all the issues of the projects should be shared with provincial =
office and to main office of SCI=20

3.                   Quality of the report=20

It was mentioned that monthly and quarterly reports are not quality =
still , therefore JACK has to try best to make the reports quality like =
in the reports the data, narrative, procurements, logistic , financial =
issues and lesson learns, success stories, gaps, challenges , security , =
photos, and all the annexes should be reflected and the reports should =
be on time . And in the reports all the coordination should be =
reflected.=20

4.                   Turn over of the staff particularly the Project =
coordinator=20

Since the project started the project coordinators changed many times =
and they came and went ; such issue affected our project implementation =
, therefor this issue must be repeated=20

5.                   Joint visit of SCI and JACK

=20

SCI and JACK should have joint visits from the MHTs and CFSs , to share =
the experiences, and to find the gaps ; and then to decide together to =
solve all the challenges, these joint visit will solve many problems and =
we will implement our project very smoothly.

6.                   Winterization or wooden stove or any other stove to =
CFS

The stoves were not supplied yet to the project from the SCI side , =
therefore it was decided to consider this issue and to supply the stove =
because winter is coming and it is highly important=20

7.                   Trainings in next year=20

If the project extend ; JACK to share their training need , such as =
report writing , proposal writing and any other training then SCI will =
take in plan in 2021 . And then these training should be cascaded to the =
field.=20

Finally it was very effective mission and teams members shared their =
experiences and these experiences give us lots of lessons to apply in =
upcoming . Even I can say that such visits and missions jointly to =
increase and definitely these missions will led us to the peak.=20
