At the past two quarters we didn=E2=80=99t have any problem = with procuring of AHF-FATP medicines because it was based on budget and = contract. Past time JIA Logistics Department have oriented 3 Logistics staff to = make a Procurement Plan but still we face with same Problem.=20 2. For upcoming quarter as we faced a problem with companies = replacement of some medicines, so we faced a problem with some = requisition problem from field office, that=E2=80=99s why our top = management have agreed with your top management that first we should = announce the needed quantity medicine at ACBAR website and immediately = after closing date we have to held the offer opening meeting with = presence of quoted companies and do the BCS analyze, when we are done = with BCS analyze we have to share the result with JIA office for further = process and getting approval, because still the medicine price and = companies is not clear for us for upcoming quarter. When we have mission in Oct-2020 from Kunduz the same issue raised by = Kunduz field office but overly solved when assign team have meeting with = AOG health Commission in Gul Tepa district but still we face with same = issue.=20 3. We could add estimated price on our request and share with you = for getting approval from your HQ office, but the preferred companies by = AOG are not clear for us.
