Zohra d/o Faizulah (Takhar Enumerator) has signed differently = in training attendance sheets and her signature is not matching in her = contract. Her signature is not matching to any of the three documents = she signed. And secondly in participants list that JACK shared on 25th = July her is ID # 245664, but in her NID it is 602700 2. Mohammad Shakir s/o Dawar (Takhar Enumerator) has signed = differently in training attendance sheets and his signature is not = matching in his contract. And secondly in participants list that you = shared on 25th July his father name was written Fawad, but in his NID it = is Dawar. His ID # in the participant list is 2246544, but in her NID it = is 862280 3. Najibullah s/o Mir Aqa (Takhar Enumerator) signature in = attendance sheet is not matching with his contract signature. 4. Bibi Tamana d/o Mohammad Sarwar (Takhar Enumerator) signature = in attendance sheet is not matching with her contract signature. 5. Ansarullah s/o Amir Mohammad (Takhar Enumerator) signature in = attendance sheet is not matching with his contract signature. 6. Mustafa Sharifi s/o Mohammad Sharif (Takhar Enumerator) = signature in attendance sheet is not matching with his contract = signature. 7. Yasaman d/o Qurab (Takhar Enumerator) who attended in training = days, but I assume after first day of data collection JACK has replaced = Yasaman with Tahmina d/o Mohammad Sarwar and for this change I think we = did not receive notification from JACK, so could you please confirm that = Yasaman replaced with Tahmina? 8. Abdul Bashir s/o Sultan Mohammad (Kunduz Enumerator) signature = in attendance sheet is not matching with his contract signature. =20 Addition to the above findings, we have noticed that enumerators = contract starting date is 4th August 2020, while all enumerators = attended to the training on 26th July 2020.
