For this quarter we at Kabul Office should work and finalize the release
from our provincial stock to health facilities, as a practice and to
expedite the supply process, because we faced some delay in our supply and
also we want to make sure that the supply chain should be the same in all
our future medicine and medical supplies.
 
Doctor Sahib Jamal,
 
Please start work on release/distribution system of all medical and medicine
supplies based on our contracted POs in close coordination of our provincial
manager and technical manager.
 
Doctor Sahib Musa, 
 
Please work with Doctor Sahib Jamal and provide him all the required

I wish everything be fine at your side, this is to inform you that
contracted company will start delivering of  pharmaceutical shipments by
tomorrow to KDZ-Province, so attached is the PO of pharmaceutical items, as
you already received the pharmaceutical samples please assign the pharmacy
committee to check the samples based on PO and work closely with warehouse
team for reception of pharmaceutical shipments and quality checking, also
pharmacy team, warehouse team and pharmacy committee have to work together
to provide us the below reports till Wednesday 30-Sep-2020.
-          HMIS-Patient load data for the past one year.
-          HFs Monthly Report Data Entry for the past three months or last
quarter.
-          Regular supply distribution plan, I recommend that distribution
plan should be district-vice.
-          Physical inventory, based on update stock card and actual
physical inventory for all project.

-          Stock movement reports for all project.

Note: Warehouse team should request all of the needed items for packing and
supply in order we should not face any problems or delay supply during

cause late supply to HFs and related colleagues will be responsible for all
