As per appraisal result and head office management team decision which
have approved,  the following changes have brought

1-      Termination of contract of Roshan Bibi RH supervisor BPHS
project

2-      Termination of contract of Dr. Abdul Raziq team leader of BMZ
project

3-      Termination of contract of Mr. Mustaf health and nutrition
promotor of BMZ project

4-      Termination of contract of Samira psychosocial counselor of BMZ
project

5-      Changed status of Rohida from community mobilizer position to
health and nutrition promotor instead of Mustafa

6-      Ezatullah will be hired as community mobilizer instead of Rohida

7-      Gul Zarina will be hired as psychosocial counselor instead of
Samira

8-      Dr. Sayed Waris Hashemy as team leader instead of Dr. Abdul
Raziq

9-      Mr. Mina will be hired as RH Supervisor instead of Roshan Bibi
