The Rapid Response Window on Women's Participation in Peace Processes
The Women's Peace and Humanitarian Fund Rapid Response Funding Window provi=
des financing for strategic and urgent initiatives that support the partici=
pation of women peacebuilders and women's civil society organizations in na=
tional, subnational and international peace processes. This new funding mec=

*   Funding Stream 1: Direct Support (currently open for applications) - =
the RRW finances activities or services directly to ensure women's access a=
nd influence. This could include travel arrangements, access for persons li=
ving with disabilities, language support, expert advisory support, etc.

*   Funding Stream 2: Short-term Grants (currently closed) - the RRW work=
s with a range of partners to deliver rapid grants (6 months maximum) for p=
rojects that address diverse barriers to women's influence and participatio=
n in peace processes or the implementation of a peace agreement.
