Dear Belal,

As you know our deadline for submission of report to JIA is 5th of every
next month and based on our decision all the hard document should be
delivered on the 25th  each month though I have received document on 30th
which I shared with JIA on 2nd  of September, after their review I have
shared defected and missing document with you to be revised and completed
properly on time and send it to me but you have not shared the document
event up to now.

Note

I observed some issue in our communication sometime, as some time we are
under pressure for some urgent issue and poor communication complicate the
matter .
