We have pharmacy assistant for AHF-trauma Project, please work closely =
with him and update yourself timely from medicine stock and supply =
chain, as he said the last update you requested from him was a week ago, =
since that time warehouse team received almost all of contracted =
medicine for 2nd quarter of AHF-Trauma project except Cimetidine Inj =
because its short at the market, because we are working closely with =
suppliers from KBL office to accelerate the supply system and step by =
step they update us about their supply and shipment to Kunduz province, =
please please work closely with warehouse team and update yourself.

Dear Dr Sahib Ahmad

As you are in picture, it has been 4 months we have not received some =
medicine from first quarter and now we recently received second quarter =
medicine, as everyone is in picture,  we also have left outs from this =
quarter as well. Today i had a meeting with Shura E Sehi, community =
elders, influential persons and AOG health Responsible,  they said in =
these conflicts and dark days of war in Kunduz,  emergency projaremost =
needed, but its needed fully equipped. They are happy from our services =
but they  will not support us if we don't deliver them the most =
important medicine like serums, salin 2/0 and other left out medicines =
from first and second quarter. According to the decision of community =
elders, shura e sehi and AOG Responsible,  they gave us a timeframe of =
10 Days from today. If we want to be successful,  we need the support of =
community members, elders and shura e sehi.=20

I am sincerely requesting the Pharmacy team that right now the Trauma =
project succes is in their hands, i am kindly requesting procure the =
remaining medicine in 10 days otherwise our efforts for building the =
relationships between office and community members will be gone forever. =
Cause they have waited for 4 months, and they have always supported us, =
we have to support them in these hard times of conflicts.=20

Although the community members and Health Shura Responsibles were =
convinced for now, but if we don't deliver them the medicine as =
proposal, it might even lead to the closure of the FATPs.
