Dear Dr Sahib Ahmad
As you are in picture, it has been 4 months we have not received some medic=
ine from first quarter and now we recently received second quarter medicine=
, as everyone is in picture,=C2=A0 we also have left outs from this quarter=
 as well. Today i had a meeting with Shura E Sehi, community elders, influe=
ntial persons and AOG health Responsible,=C2=A0 they said in these conflict=
s and dark days of war in Kunduz,=C2=A0 emergency projaremost needed, but i=
ts needed fully equipped. They are happy from our services but they=C2=A0 w=
ill not support us if we don't deliver them the most important medicine lik=
e serums, salin 2/0 and other left out medicines from first and second quar=
ter. According to the decision of community elders, shura e sehi and AOG Re=
sponsible,=C2=A0 they gave us a timeframe of 10 Days from today. If we want=
 to be successful,=C2=A0 we need the support of community members, elders a=
nd shura e sehi.=C2=A0
I am sincerely requesting the Pharmacy team that right now the Trauma proje=
ct succes is in their hands, i am kindly requesting procure the remaining m=
edicine in 10 days otherwise our efforts for building the relationships bet=
ween office and community members will be gone forever. Cause they have wai=
ted for 4 months, and they have always supported us, we have to support the=
m in these hard times of conflicts.=C2=A0
Although the community members and Health Shura Responsibles were convinced=
 for now, but if we don't deliver them the medicine as proposal, it might e=
ven lead to the closure of the FATPs.
