As per your direction Mr. Abdul Hadi Started his works as HMIS assistant
here in provincial office, Effective 01-Saratan 1399. And his salary has
charged from COVID-19 hospital.

Now as you are in the picture there have been some changes in RRT Teams in
the month of asad and Mr. Abdul Hadi is rejected by AOGs and he is not staff
of hospital anymore, Effective from 01-Asad-1399

The issue is shared with you for your more information and I am waiting for
your kind direction about Mr. Abdul Hadi and his salary payment. 
Because he is not in the Asad payroll of COVID-19 Hospital.
