The project budget I received from Ms Fatima Qasimi was in USD, our =
purchases from the local market is in Afghani, is there any supportive =
document that can clarify the exchange rate officialy? Because the Rate =
is always in change and if there are any under or over spent because of =
exchange rate, how will we justify it?

Please explain this issue so that if in case in the end of project there =
are over and under spent because of Exchange rates, we will come up with =
a better justification.=20
