First of all thank you very much for sending us the district =
accessibility list.

To move forward for the next contractual steps we would like you to fill =
in the attached assessment sheet and send us back signed/stump version =
by tomorrow COB.

We are working on sampling list based on the district accessibility list =
information that you have provided us and we will share with you by =
tomorrow or latest Wednesday mid-day along with operational plan to =
identify the number of required enumerators for each province to hire. =
We will also send you the contract for your review on Wednesday.

We are requesting you to start identification of capable and eligible =
enumerators and anticipate approx. 5 person in each province, but the =
exact numbers of enumerator is subject to the sampling list (number of =
interviews per province), which will be shared with you on Wednesday. =
Please do not yet promise 5 enumerators a job - some provinces will have =
less than 5. But in order to move quickly, it will be important that you =
have 5 in mind (including women).

Enumerator Transportation Methodology:

=20

Once all the enumerators are recruited, we would like you to provide us =
the following information on enumerators transportation during data =
collection;

=20

1.       Do enumerators use their own motorcycle for data collection =
(only one rider allowed in a motorbike)? And REACH can provide =
transportation allowance daily fee for fuel (fixed amount per day per =
enumerator).

2.       Do enumerators use an NGO car that is dedicated solely for the =
transport of the enumerators for the entire data collection period? =
REACH will pay a daily fee for fuel. No more than 3 enumerators are =
allowed to travel in the same car.

3.       If neither of the above is possible, can you rent a dedicated =
car for the entire data collection period (No less than 2 enumerators =
per rented vehicle and no more than 3 enumerators are allowed to travel =
in same car). REACH will pay a fixed amount for rental car, which may =
differ on districts covered and actual price.

=20

We prefer the first option where it is possible and applicable as it is =
safest in order to minimize the risk of spreading of COVID-19. Please =
note that we CANNOT allow enumerators to travel by any public or =
otherwise shared transportation.

Answer: There should be one vehicle for each three persons or =
enumerators and in this car all the protective material such as hand =
sanitizer, mask, gloves, soup and should disinfectant by the chlorine. =
And during the data collection the distance should be considered and =
mask to be used. And the guidelines  of MoPH area needed to be applied.=20
