es from the local market is in Afghani, is there any supportive document th=
at can clarify the exchange rate officialy? Because the Rate is always in c=
hange and if there are any under or over spent because of exchange rate, ho=
w will we justify it?
Please explain this issue so that if in case in the end of project there ar=
e over and under spent because of Exchange rates, we will come up with a be=
