Dear En. Sahib Hadi,

Thank you again for taking the time to talk to me about the position,
opportunities and support, En. sahib as i said the relation and friendship
we built and had with Mirzaee sahib is very important than everything else,
as we discussed about the position and came to an agreement, after thinking
about our discussion and your suggestion now i have the same suggestion if
it be acceptable i will reject my job offer, just to work together and
build a good team otherwise i will be really sorry to can't work together
anymore, my suggestions are:

1. As a full respect I have for each teammate, I am not trying to take
another teammate position at kabul main office, just i would like that my
duty contract location be at kabul Main Office with the same salary.
2. One month or less of each quarter I will go to the KDZ office to help
with the regular supply, documentation and other necessary tasks, the rest
two months of each quarter I want to be at the Kabul Main office to work
with the pharmacy and procurement team.
3. While I am at the Kabul Main office I will do my best to manage and
control the pharmacy department of the KDZ office as best as I can from any
possible way and implement the best management system.

Dear En. Sahib if the above suggestions are acceptable for you and JACK top
management please let me know as soon as you can, because your decision is
very important for me either accept or reject my job offer, looking forward
to hearing from you soon.
