Yesterday on 11/8/2020 she came with a normal delivery patient to Aliabad CHC, while we have all possibility for normal delivery in Zangi SHC therefore she missed delivery and PNC also HF was without midwife for 1 day, so the technical team recommend WARNING LETTER to midwife for prevention of such action in future.
