:</strong> The ANSF operation team advanced to the <a href=3D"https://goo.g=
l/maps/z9aD3VVU6iyWP2wP7">Shah Pari</a> and <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/=
sTGDbZGyG6wcPv4a7">Walf</a> areas, with AOG members apparently withdrawing =
before their arrival to avoid confrontation.<br /><br />On 25 July, at arou=
nd 0100 hrs, AOG members&mdash;reportedly coming from Yamgan District of Ba=
dakhshan, and Barg-e Matal District of Nuristan Province&mdash;had attacked=
 and overrun multiple ALP/PGM checkpoints in the <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/=
maps/e2bnJDVt9pRUBGib6">Madan-e Lajward</a> and <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/m=
aps/cxqm7RjZKmy1Q5Wp6">Dar-e Monjan</a> areas of Koran wa Monjan. Although =
most ALP and PGM members retreated to avoid casualties, two ALP members wer=
e killed and two more wounded.<br /><br />Later that day, at approximately =
0830 hrs, an estimated 60 ANSF reinforcements had been airlifted from Fayza=
bad City to Koran wa Monjan DAC in preparation for a potential AOG offensiv=
e on the district centre. Furthermore, an additional 40 ANSF members were d=
eployed from the provincial capital to Koran wa Monjan yesterday, at around=
 1930 hrs.<br /><br />Over the past days, ANSF have been firing artillery f=
rom Koran wa Monjan DAC towards the AOG positions in Dar-e Monjan. As a res=
ult, three AOG members have been killed and five others wounded.<br /><br /=
>Moreover, yesterday, at approximately 1900 hrs, AAF had conducted at least=
 one airstrike to target an AOG position in the Maghnawol area.<br /><br />=
The previous advisory remains in place.</div>
