Dear Sadiqi Sahib
This is the third time you are sharing BMZ monthly reports for July, but un=
fortunately the data is not matching in (MPDs and data break down sheet) I =
have tried to call you but your phone is coming off. So, please carefully c=
heck the reports and share the revised and final one along with RRM project=
 MPDs. For your information please see data discrepancy stipulated below. D=
espite this there is the data discrepancy in some other part of report as w=
ell. So, please check.

*   MPDS shows 85 MAM children (24 male and 61 Female) enrolled in OPD- M=
AM but in Data break down it is 93(31 Male and 63 Female)
  *   MPDS Shows 1124 children screened (503 male and 621Female) but in 130=
0(636 male and 664 Female)
