Please the following to be considered in the medical order;

1. Physical inventory of the provincial warehouse=20
2. Physical inventory of all HFs stock report=20
3. The request should be made by a committee and provincial manager and =
deputy technical manager must be in that committee
4. Clinical audit report is needed to be shared.

Otherwise such request is not acceptable in the future. Medicines is the =
high important component.

And quality assurance and technical committee here in main office also =
should check the request.=20

Please send your next three month medical orders for further procurement =
process(tinder) by this week.
The three orders to be separated for Health posts, BPHS health =
facilities and  AHF trauma FATPs.
Quantification method should be based  on past consumption with =
supporting information.
