Very brief information from the meeting:
Subject; Meeting with PPHD
Venue: Khost PPHD
Participants; Eng. Sarwary, Dr. Mashal Jamil, Mirwais Zadran
Date:  19/07/20

Objectives of the meeting:

*         Creating the  two sites into the entry points of Ghulam Khan Bord=
er and Dwa Manda district9Sayed Khail

*         Increasing cooperation and coordination among the two sides(PPHD =
and JACK)

*         Clarifying that the recruitment process has been done with transp=
arency and accountability of the organization HR policy and procedure
The major findings with Khost PPHD:

o   Jack has received a supportive letter from PPHD to join in AHF due dili=
gence process and it is a credit that PPHD giving him

o   Delaying the project for two months caused that now there is no need of=
 such intervention from JACK, we have everything, the government is now abl=
e to prevent and cure and raising awareness, Care , OHPM, UNICEF, are with =
us, with unique collaboration and coordination

o   JACK doesn't have coordination with PPHD

o   No formal letter to let us know the activity is running around Khost

o   No MOU with MoPH

o   PPHD in not involved in recruitment process

o   We are optimistic with Johanniter and JACK, but JACK is indifferent and=
 didn't pay attention to the recommendation of PPHD I am sure after tow mon=
th JACK will be in black list and its activities will be closed very soon

o   JACK without cooperation and coordination with PPHD , doing whatever wa=
nts and wherever wants which is against the policy and procedure of PPHD
So all these things create us a headache, the formal letter from the deputy=
 minister shows that no NGO has the rights to conduct its activities withou=
t signing the MOU
Solution:
Now the only option to JACK is eighther  to bring a formal letter from the =
ministry to show us that the MOU is in process, and let to proceed its acti=
vities in two sites at Khost .
If not then according to the needs of PPHD we highly recommend you to switc=
h on in another activities as follow below:
Recommendations:

-          RRT(Rapid response team) for each district

-          Activation of tow clinics for Covid-19 treatment in some distric=
t

- Home base care services for Covid-19
