Dear Dr. Sahib Ahmad ,

Salam and good morning,

Based on the message on the group you asked us to update you on the internal
data verification , it is going on and all our technical team members are
implementing it in the HFs.

Till now 14 health facilities are verified in the health facility level ,
solve the challenges in data discrepancy and accuracy  and will be followed
in the community level too.

We are all committed to complete it during the quarter and will share the
results quarterly narrative report with all our provincial and main office
related departments.
