As all know better  I was suffering from COVID 19 last month, thus head =
office did not explain  all project=E2=80=99s activities  to =
PO=E2=80=99s staff completely, and head office hired all staff from =
Kunduz province it is a big concerns now, because they cannot go to =
their duties easily due to un asphalt road and improper local transport =
and JACK do not have transport from Kunduz to concerned district, so =
regarding COVID 19 project I want share you some information, yesterday =
we conducted meeting, with all staff, thus the tasks which have done as =
follows,=20

1-      I explained all project activities with them, e.g. IDPs and =
returnees assessment in three districts=20

2-      I have shared information regarding their transportation and =
mahrams

3-      I have explained all rule and regulation of the community, JACK, =

4-      Community screening will be done=20

5-      Health education events will be conducted to CHWs,=20

6-      Trainings will be conducted to CHWs

7-      Crona infected people will be refer to COVID 19 hospital as =
well, and every person should bring other side commitment letters=20

8-      All team must start their activities in the targeted areas, to =
start screening process accordingly,=20

Conclusion:=20

-          We have given time  them to share all project=E2=80=99s =
activities with their families for final decision, and they promised =
that we will bring our final decions in written form up to 2:00 PM, but =
they did not submit their decision today, I think tomorrow they will =
share their decision with us,=20

-          However tomorrow they go to other side to get permission for =
working, and after that they will start their activities,=20

Challenges,

-          Three ambulance did not rent for three districts,

-          MoU did not sign with MoPH, JACK and Johniter, and PPHD did =
not gave permission to project implementation,=20

-          staff do not have any familiarity in community, because most =
of them have been hired from other places, e.g. Aliabad, Kunduz, =
Khanabad and etc.

-          all vehicles should be provided for the day after tomorrow,=20

-          project goal, objectives, project work plan and implementing =
strategy should share with PO,=20

-          CHWs=E2=80=99 training plan and training materials should be =
