Dear Dr Hafiz,
Please discuss this issue in your committee, and give the Ibnisina  
feedback by today.
We can not cancel this item, so we should find a way to sort out with  
this supplier ( it might be time consuming to go with other  
suppliers). I have already provided my feedback in below Emails, now  
the committee have to take a firm decision.
