Dear Dr Sahib,  the update are provided below each bulletins in blue =

1.	Supplies received and distributed to teams

Both AHF projects in Kunduz have received their medical and non-medical =
supplies and distribution has almost completed to the relevant SDPs. And =
Khost has partially received the supply where the remaining procurement =
process will be taken place by JIA and the requested is shared by the =
JACK procurement department.=20

2.	Ambulances available for services at Kunduz. (BAsed on my information =
from Thursday, ambulances for trauma care project are yet not in place =
at FATPs, this is matter of high concern for us)

As per my communication with project managers, they have ensured =
regarding the availability of ambulances today.

3.	Teams allocation and deployment to the districts

The screening sites assessment, teams are managed and procurement of =
required non-medical supplies have completed and are in place, a delay =
occurred due to the MoU submission to relevant PPHDs in Khost and =
Kunduz,=20

4.	start of screening in targeted communities

As eelier as possible the MoU receives screening teams will start their =
activity as per the project plan and  time line  to the targeted =
community

5.	Trainers recruitment processes

Master trainers for Kunduz and Khost have recruited and they are on =
board

6.	Plan for Training of IEC Materials

Training plan will be shared with relevant project managers and master =
trainer soon

7.	Detailed staff list for COVID19 project with contact details.

The hired covid19 staffing details with their contact will be shared =
with you through my next email.
