Subject: Asset Register and Inventory management

Dear Khost and Kunduz Colleagues,

We have to enlist all our purchased assets( fixed assets,= items value more
than 50 USD and life is more than one year) to the "asset inventory list"
database . For tagging the asset , please use the sequence:
JACK-KDZ/KST-AHF-TRMA/COVID-0001. The deadline for this task is end of this
week as we will review and will report it to JIA.

The fixed assets( such as laptops) should be assigned to an employee based
on Asset Assignment Form.

Also for stock management all our inventories coming and going should
reflected in records( Distribution forms with Stock cards). The JACK stock
card( for general items) and MoPH stock card( for medical items) templates
to be used.
