Greetings and good night,

1-As we spoke through Skype about Absence of two staff of AHF-Trauma 
project (Mr. Shir Mohammad Trauma Nurse & Anisa D/O Rajab Ali 
physiotherapy technician of Mir Shaikh BHC FATPs. They are absent since 
beginning of the project. I and Dr. Sahib Safar have called them by 
phone so many times and we asked them the reason of thier absence  but 
unfortunately they did not give us a clear and positive response and we 
think that they do not want to be present in their jobs. So by 
considering of necessity of the project we should fill their vacancies 
and hire new staffs.

2- As i informed by Dr. Sahib Safar Mr. Ehsanullah male nurse of Haji 
Naim Jan CHC FATP wants to change his position to Mirshikh BHC Trauma 
unit.

these two issues regarding AHF-Trauma project is shared with you for 
your more information.

i am waiting for your comment and direction in this regards.
