Dear valued SPs,

According to the timeline of HMIS data submission to the MoPH central =
HMIS Department, you are supposed to send quarterly data by 15th to 20th =
of next solar month. After 20th to 30th,  HMIS Department may share with =
you any feedback if needed and make possible corrections.

Once the database is closed on 30th of that month, please be informed =
that NO CHANGE will be ACCEPTABLE thereafter.

Note: force majeure cases would be dealt on case by case basis.
