Dear Finance Colleagues,

As we are going to purchase the Establishment kit for Khost screening teams,
the lowest price quotation received is more than 1080 USD higher than
budged, please give us your comment.

The options can be to purchase in cash from Mandawi with lower price and or
to reduce some items . We asked Khost colleagues, but the said most of the
items not available in their market and also price is higher.
