Dear Austad Amin Jan,
Thank you very much to raising once again the attendance of HFs staff to
work based on the HR policy and contract. And as you are in the picture
during monitoring I have shared you some absent HF staff list . Recently a
letter was shared from Ministry of labor and social affairs in the social
networks  on changing of time and shifting of work and case some staff have
misunderstanding on it , so please prepare an official letter to HFs to work
according to the HR normal policy.

Please consider the bellow email of our HR department and follow it strictly
in your HFs and share  the abcsence of staff with Austad Amin .

Dear all respected colleagues,

Greetings,

As we all know that some of HFs staffs have weak commitment about their
attendance in the clinic, and as we know some of HFs staffs is not present
in the HFs after 1:00 PM.

So I am requesting from all respected supervisors that when they go the
clinic and see that someone is not present in the HFs without informing
their related supervisors, please cross her attendance sheet and please
share the list of absent staffs in the HFs with me through email, so i can
deduct their salaries in the payroll.
