Greetings from Kabul:

If incase we at Kabul office found during our distance supervision that a
HFs staff was absent during the working hour and he is counted as present
and its clinical supervisor also had visit from the HF on the same day, we
will inform you (Amin Jan) through email to count the clinical supervisor as
absent on that particular day.

Dear All Provincial Colleagues,

Please be strict on attendance of HF staff and yourself and don't expect any
kind of flexibility from our side.

Dear all respected colleagues,

Greetings,

As we all know that some of HFs staffs have weak commitment about their
attendance in the clinic, and as we know some of HFs staffs is not present
in the HFs after 1:00 PM.

So I am requesting from all respected supervisors that when they go the
clinic and see that someone is not present in the HFs without informing
their related supervisors, please cross her attendance sheet and please
share the list of absent staffs in the HFs with me through email, so i can
deduct their salaries in the payroll.
