Dear all respected colleagues,

Greetings,

As we all know that some of HFs staffs have weak commitment about their 
attendance in the clinic, and as we know some of HFs staffs is not 
present in the HFs after 1:00 PM.

So I am requesting from all respected supervisors that when they go the 
clinic and see that someone is not present in the HFs without informing 
their related supervisors, please cross her attendance sheet and please 
share the list of absent staffs in the HFs with me through email, so i 
can deduct their salaries in the payroll.
