Dear Dr. Niazi

I am pleased to inform you that our joint project (Emergency Life Saving
interventions to prevent COVID-19 infection among  high risk population in
Kunduz, Kabul and Khost provinces), has been endorsed/approved by
Humanitarian Coordinator for further processing of contract signing.

Starting date of the project activities is 01 June 2020. Attached here
please find list of activities with quantity and available budgets for your
kind information and sharing with us your plan for completion of the
activities in time. We therefore to work on completion of the preparatory
work for launching of the activities during remaining days of May.
Considering Eid vacation, we have very limited time and need to provide more
focus on this project.

Please consider ToR for recruitment committee shared earlier Trauma Care
project.

Below can  be set of activities that can be planned for timely start of the
project activities.

A. Human Resource:

iii. Announcement in ACBAR and other sites

iv. Assign recruitment committee

v. Conduct writing test and interview

Please draft same set of activities for all planned procurement and rent of
ambulances and share it with us as soon as you can. I know today is last day
of the week, but considering the emergency nature of the project, I would
suggest working on the tasks considering the emergency nature of the project
and our starting date of the project activities.

partner organization in carrying out their activities in time.
