Thank you for follow up. As this process was very competitive, and  
your proposal was not the most optimum in terms of price and medicine  
quality, still we offered you a partial contract and you rejected, we  
hereby inform you that your company has not been granted the full  
contract and the contract awarded to other suppliers.
We appreciate your efforts for making this offer and we look forward  
to have your company in future with us as a good supplier.
