Dear Respected Partner Colleagues

It's been nearly four and half year journey with Johanniter International A=
ssistance in Afghanistan.  I have highly regarded your work and association=
 with Johanniter.  There were many up and few downs in our relationship, bu=
t you have stood firmly and delivered on ground despite of various challeng=
es.  I had a great learning experience of working with you over these years=
 in Afghanistan.  I proudly say that it is you who made a big difference to=
 our approach to work and work with national partners.  We have tried our b=
est to involvement many of you in our on-going projects, some were successf=
ul and few we couldn't.  Please continue the association we had and we see =
how we can improve our work and future programmes with your organisation.

Kindly extend my special respect to your frontline workers and management m=
embers for your stupendous work in the country.  I highly appreciate your c=
ontribution to the development of Afghanistan.   We strive our best to supp=
ort you in this regard.

I also take this opportunity to introduce my successor and a familiar perso=
n to you all, Helen Guillermo.  She will take over from me in few days and =
will continue to seek your advise and support for Johanniter International =
Assistance's programme in the country.  Please kindly extend your kind supp=
ort to her as you did to me.

I leave with many sweet memories of work in the country.  I am still with J=
ohanniter and thus, this email id is still exist.

Please keep up the good work and continue to inspire many of us to work in =
this country.
