Dear Jamal,
Kindly find the reveiw of your order in attached file. The orange =
highlight is from KBL side with justification. Please discuss with your =
pharmacy committee and send us the approved order in scanned Request =
Order Form.
You may start updating distribution database for better planning ( put =
HF order, consumption and distribution quantity).
Also note that Ranitidine is out of medicine list due to =
carcinogenicity( in Afghanistan and other countries). Please discard the =
current in provincial level in provincial stock and inform all HF which =
have stock to stop use of this item and to discard it.
