Just for Afghan Capacity and Knowledge is BPHS implementer in Kunduz since =
January 2019. As we all are combating the global public health emergency CO=
VID-19 , therefore JACK a long with Johanniter submitted a concept note to =
national health cluster for the 3rd reserve allocation of AHF , UN-OCHA for=
 COVID-19 project in Kunduz , Khost and Kabul. And our concept note is appr=
oved by the AHF and now we are in the process of proposal writing and the d=
eadline for proposal submission is 08. May. 2020 , it mean that we have ver=
y short time for the proposal writing , for this a Support or endorsement l=
etter from Khost PPHD is needed to have, therefore we are kindly requesting=
 you to provide us the support letter. A draft of support letter is attache=
d to you, please kindly find it and please put in the official letter head =
