Regarding the Skype meeting on 16 of April-2020, The follow is my =
individual suggestion about the Four components=20

We should divide the mentioned issues in some categories as follow:

1)      Teacher Support Awareness Training & Teacher PPE hygiene =
materials .=20

Meanwhile education In Afghanistan is a national issue, hence the =
community should be mobilized for resolving of this manner. Because the =
government cannot only help in providence of PPE kits therefore, We must =
involve all members of the community ( I,e. children=E2=80=99s parents, =
elders, health workers, financiers, some NGO partners, private sector, =
school supporting committee=E2=80=A6..) and other sectors such as, MOE, =
and ECW in providing of PPE kits for the students and teachers .

2)      Development of monitoring plan & Training Resource.

MOE, EIEWG, and other partners relevant to education sector are =
accountable and responsible for the development of monitoring plan & =
Training Resource. Teachers are also responsible for distributing of =
teaching materials to the students.

3)      Psychosocial Support & Services.

Psychosocial support & services should be provided by the health workers =
and psychosocial counselors in health facilities of every province.

4)      Parents of the Children play a key role in their =
children=E2=80=99s education and nurturing them at home. Parents must =
pay attention to their children=E2=80=99s learning because of current =
pandemic situation in our country. Teachers should follow up their =
children through any communicational means (I.e. following up by phone, =
internet, email=E2=80=A6..). Teachers self-learning should be followed =
up by EIEWG, and its studying material should be provided by MOE and =
some contributed NGOs. In academic supervision and monitoring support =
PED should be involved with us in every provinces.
