Dear All Supervisors,

Salam and Good after noon, then based on the meeting we had to day in our
office , we are about in the end of the month Hamal 1399 and should collect
our HMIS reports on time. So please inform your related HFs to please
prepare completely  their all HMIS reports on 31 of Hamal .

In this round we will not be able conducted HF in charge meeting in our
provincial office due to restriction on COVID 19 , but we can arrange it
districtwize through related supervisors in the first and second of the
month.

During this program all of you are kindly requested to pleas have attention
on the following points too:

1.       Register  and suspected forms  of Corona supply  for HFs.

2.       One file under the name of corona should be prepared .

3.       ARI corner for the ARI cases should be identified .

4.       Improve Surveillance system and reporting of the suspected case  of
COVID 19 on daily bases from HFs to JACK office.

5.       Other need.
