nce and facilitation during GCMU monitoring mission which was conducted fro=
m March 7th -16, 2020.

Herewith please find the first drafted report of this mission along with ac=
tion plan template.

Please let us know if you have any comments regarding the findings of repor=
t and sent them in track change through email by COB Tuesday April =C2=A014=
, 2020.

In case of agreement you are kindly requested to come up with a remedial an=
d practical action plan=C2=A0for the gaps that reflected in the report by y=
our earliest convenience but not later than Saturday April 18, 2020.

After agreement and finalizing the action plan (during face to face meeting=
 for which you will be later informed), the final report along with final a=
greed action plan will broadly be shared with other stakeholders and donor.
