For now,  you need to reply with the following:

1.	Confirmation that your team will be able to participate and conduct =
data collection the week of 19th-23rd April (or if you would like to =
participate in the second round)
2.	List of names and contacts for those within your organization who =
will be focal points for the JMMI. We will be establishing a JMMI Task =
Force to coordinate this initiative moving forward, so please include =
only one or two persons for this. Please share back using the attached =
template.
3.	List of markets which you generally cover in your assessments, and =
then any markets/ areas that you could cover if we needed to plug a gap. =
Please include district and province names, and distinguish between =
small markets i.e. a village, versus larger markets i.e. a neighborhood =
of a large urban area, and whether you would be able to conduct data =
collection remotely. Please share back using the attached template.
4.	Any existing market assessment and price monitoring tools you have; =
(for food item and NFI as listed on TOR) we will use these to start =
compiling a tool for the JMMI. Note, if there are any key indicators or =
commodities you need included for your own internal purposes, please =
flag this for us.
5.	Feedback on the attached TOR.

It is a pilot Market survey on entire Afghanistan which will be done =
from 19 =E2=80=93 23 April lead by REACH and CVWG to share will all =
cluster members, for now you just review the TOR which is attached and =
share your feedback and also share fill out the attached excel sheet =
(JIMMI marker coverage+Org.focal point) template according to the =
mentioned direction.

If you do not have GPS points or other specific information related to =
the marker leave them blank, just share the information of general =
Markets which we deal in JUH and IPs business,

The REACH and CVWG team just wanted to know your availability and focal =
point person to contact, also the Marker coverage areas by NGOs normal =
activities,=20

Finally you decide to share the logistic person information from Khost, =
Takhar and Kunduz or yourself can cover it by contacting them, if you =
want to cover all these provinces by yourself just mentioned your name =
as focal point, nevertheless share the other IPs logistics,

On behalf of the CVWG and REACH, I would like to thank you all for your =
interest in participating in the Joint Market Monitoring Initiative =
(JMMI). Please find attached the draft TOR for your review and input. =
Given the current situation with COVID-19, and the start of Ramadan at =
the end of April, we are planning to kick off the first round of data =
collection the week of 19th-23rd April.=20

We understand that this is a very short timeline, so if you do not feel =
you are able to commit to this first round, not to worry, it will still =
be possible for you to participate from the second round. Note also that =
data collection is possible to do remotely, but may require some calling =
of contacts in relevant market areas to =E2=80=98snowball=E2=80=99 =
sample, and find traders to speak to as key informants (KIs). To support =
in this, and as a larger scale or in-person training will not be =
possible for now, REACH is drafting a comprehensive training guide that =
will be shared next week, along with the draft tool for final input.

For now, can I ask that you reply with the following:

1.	Confirmation that your team will be able to participate and conduct =
data collection the week of 19th-23rd April (or if you would like to =
participate in the second round)
2.	List of names and contacts for those within your organization who =
will be focal points for the JMMI. We will be establishing a JMMI Task =
Force to coordinate this initiative moving forward, so please include =
only one or two persons for this. Please share back using the attached =
template.
3.	List of markets which you generally cover in your assessments, and =
then any markets/ areas that you could cover if we needed to plug a gap. =
Please include district and province names, and distinguish between =
small markets i.e. a village, versus larger markets i.e. a neighbourhood =
of a large urban area, and whether you would be able to conduct data =
collection remotely. Please share back using the attached template.
4.	Any existing market assessment and price monitoring tools you have; =
we will use these to start compiling a tool for the JMMI. Note, if there =
are any key indicators or commodities you need included for your own =
internal purposes, please flag this for us.
5.	Feedback on the attached TOR.

we are planning to kick off the first round of data collection =
