Dear Dr.sahib Ahamd ,

Today on 6th of  April 2020 the following activities have done in Kunduz
province:

1.       As you are in the picture today there was two confirmed cases of
positive corona announced in Kunduz province one was from Imam Sahib and the
second was from center of Kunduz ,so the contact cases were followed in
coordination with surveillance officer of Kunduz PPHD .

2.       Preparing of line list of the contacts and sharing with Kunduz PPHD
surveillance department.

3.       For the people who were in contact with the positives cases
awareness was conducted and the families was made in Quarantine.

4.       Provincial office staff had meeting on corona and how to follow the
program .

5.       Preparing of the request information from MOHP and its needs.

6.       One person was refer form sari dawra to speen Zar Hospital .

7.        Conducting awareness for the community in khan Abad district and
supply of hygiene for the HFs

8.       Establishing of ARI OPD in saridawra  BHC and supervision of HF on
corona issues.

9.       Purchasing of Hygen material to have more preparedness in
prevention of corona.

10.     Taking the reports of the screening sites and sharing of it with
Kunduz PPHD .

11.   Distance monitoring and update the HFs Staff on their tasks and
encourage them to be active against corona.
