Subject: Dailey update on corona. 04.04.2020

Dear Dr.Sahib Ahmad , and Dr. sahib Ghani,

Good after noon , then toddy 4th of April the following activities were done
regarding to corona in kunduduz Province:

1.       JACK general director and Kunduz BPHS project manager had visit
from shirk khan Bander secreting site to monitor and strengthen the program
in this site.

2.       Hygiene materials was supplied for 35 health facilities as part of
IP needs.

3.       Corona suspected persons who came from Iran and taking of simple In
condition with Kunduz PPHD surveillance officer.

4.       Health education and awareness for the community in Imam Sahb kanam
village and center of Imam sahib.

5.       Visit of char Dara and Ali Abad sites by JACK provincial
supervisors and follow up of the health care providers .

6.       IP chick list of coronal was applied in 4 health HFs of khan Abad
and Imam sahib Districts and awareness for the people who are concerned on
corona and had returnees form Iran.

7.       Follow up of some health facilities though distance monitoring
encourage of staff to be careful on the subject.

8.       Preparing and delivering of machines to spray antiseptics like
chlorine  in the big floors and Hfs .
