s: </strong>AOG members attacked and overran the <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/=
maps/nqK5Gk1gwaukc2bq7">Ushnugan</a> area at around 1530hrs on 02 April. Th=
e area was the last village under GOA control in the Yamgan District, situa=
ted about 30 km south of Yamgan DAC, where the ALP members were positioned.=
 AOG members forced the ALP members to withdraw towards Koran wa Monjan Dis=
trict. <br /><br />Yamgan District is now fully under AOG control with tele=
communication networks still down.<br /><br />As a result of the clash, two=
 ALP members were killed and four others were detained by AOG members. Two =
AOG members were killed and one was wounded.<br /><br />NGOs are advised to=
 avoid Yamgan District as the area still remains kinetic.&nbsp;</div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 01 April, 1100 hrs:</stro=
ng> AOG members remain positioned in the <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/eSB=
cdcDc9oo8EvuN7">Sufchan</a>, <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/hDs6syaeoRnjoac=
Q6">Aab-e Khestak</a> and <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/bfM6YyfS3uTLfaNR7"=
>Aab-e Ragak</a> areas of Khestak Valley and the ANSF members in the Pul-e =
Soch area. Yamgan DAC, remains under the AOG control with telecommunication=
 networks down.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">Furthermore, in the last two days, ANSF=
 members have fired at least three artillery rounds from the Pul-e Soch are=
a targeting the AOG positions in the Khestak area and no further firing has=
 been reported since 31 March.<br /><br />Casualty figures remain the same =
as previously reported.<br /><br />The previous advisories remain in place.=

ch area are sporadically firing artillery rounds targeting AOG positions.<b=

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">Furthermore, last night, at around 2200=
 hrs, AAF conducted at least two airstrikes targeting AOG members in the Kh=
estak Valley area of Jorm District.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">Casualty figures remain the same as pre=
viously reported but these may be revised looking forward.</div>
<br />The previous advisories remain in place.<br /><br />
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 28 March, 1600 hours:</st=
rong> ANSF members, positioned in <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/sEMPw36FeM=
3GovEQ6">Maidan-e Lajward</a> area of Koran wa Monjan District and in the <=
a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/vgCHgYP5VGxnwfya7">Pul-e Such</a> area of Jor=
m District, have been firing mortar rounds sporadically, targeting AOG memb=
ers positioned in <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/nwVkjynG26LkLBqT7">Yamgan =
DAC</a>.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">All telecommunication services are disr=
upted in Yamgan District as of the time of writing.</div>
<br />NGOs with staff present in the title areas are recommended to advise =
their staff to remain indoors, away from windows, and consider to seek shel=
ter inside safe rooms or hardened structures.<br /><br />Previous advisorie=
s remain in place.&nbsp;<br /><br />
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 28 March, 1230 hrs: </str=
ong>Approximately 40 AOG members from the Khestak area advanced towards the=
 <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/Q2bgBsU75cEPRc7i8">Dasht-e Ashnam</a> area =
of Yamgan District at around 1100 hrs. ANSF members withdrew towards <a hre=
f=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/nwVkjynG26LkLBqT7">Yamgan DAC</a>. <br /><br />As =
of 1145 hrs, AOG members managed to overrun the Yamgan DAC without any conf=
rontation, forcing ANSF members to further withdraw towards the <a href=3D"=
https://goo.gl/maps/sEMPw36FeM3GovEQ6">Maidan-e Lajward</a> area of Koran w=
a Monjan District.&nbsp;<br /><br />NGOs are advised to avoid above mention=
ed areas in addition to the title area.</div>

orcements have been deployed to the title area from Fayzabad City at around=
 0915 hrs.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">So far, ten ANSF members were killed an=
d four more were captured by AOG members. An additional ten ANSF members ar=
e unaccounted for at the time of writing.<br /><br />Previous advisories re=
main in place.&nbsp;</div>
<strong><br />As of 28 March, 0700 hrs:</strong> AOG members, using SAF and=
 RPGs, attacked at least four ANSF positions located between the ANSF and A=
OG-controlled areas. ANSF members returned fire, resulting in armed clashes=
