Dear JACK colleagues,

We at PMO have called directly with some of HFs in-charge of Kunduz =
Province to know the following:

*        All HFs (PHC up to DH) has enough regular mask, hand rub, =
chlorine for disinfection, gloves

*        Water tank with soup for clients in visible area

*        Regular cleaning of HFs

*        At least few N95 mask in case they transport patient in =
ambulance to the isolation/treatment center

And we found that: they have not received enough disposable Mask, hand =
rub, chlorine for disinfection and gloves and no N95 Mask, and hand rub. =
Therefore, you are requested to make sure that all HFs under BPHS in =
Kunduz province are supplied with enough regular hygienic material and =
update us accordingly.  =20
