Dear JACK colleagues,

We at PMO have called directly with some of HFs in-charge of Kunduz
Province to know the following:

=C2=B7        All HFs (PHC up to DH) has enough regular mask, hand rub, chl=
orine
for disinfection, gloves

=C2=B7        Water tank with soup for clients in visible area

=C2=B7        Regular cleaning of HFs

=C2=B7        At least few N95 mask in case they transport patient in ambul=
ance
to the isolation/treatment center

And we found that: they have not received enough disposable Mask, hand rub,
chlorine for disinfection and gloves and no N95 Mask, and hand rub.
Therefore, you are requested to make sure that all HFs under BPHS in Kunduz
province are supplied with enough regular hygienic material and update us
accordingly.
