Dear HFPs and warehouse staff,

Please see attached the recommendations for adjusting distribution of Food =
(this document will support us for distribution of NFIs) standard operation=
 procedure in the context the COVID -19 outbreak.

Please plan for having a quick meetings with any staff who might be involve=
d in distribution of NFIs and talk about points (use the attached document)=
 you can convert or make any further recombination for NFIs distribution.

Please also see below point and

1.  Discuss with OCHA , ANDMA and MoRR if they have agreed for a single d=
istribution site during responses (provincial and district level)
  2.  Do they have the hand washing facility , soap , a tent etc available =
(I mean the orgnaistaion who involve in Joint response team)
  3.  Discuss and train staff who involve in distribution of NFIs  (awarene=
ss of attached document)
  4.  Do you have spare mobile hand washing facility, soap, hand washin sol=
ution, etc in office/warehouse or you might start procurement of them now
  5.  Do you have sprayer facility for cleaning of tarps or any other items=
 such as deck, chairs  etc
  6.  What other recommendations or points you would share with us?
