Dear BPHS/EPHS Implementing Partners,=20

As you are aware of current COVID-19 pandemic, we all (MoPH and the =
partners) are struggling to control the outbreak. One of the effective =
strategies is to decrease person to person contact as much as possible. =
Therefore, you are hereby informed to postpone any planned training from =
Sehatmandi or other entities until 31 Hamal 1399 unless it very =
necessary, clearly justified, and communicated in advance to PMO.=20

The one month delay in your training plans implementation (Sehatmandi =
project) should be covered in next months.

Note: Any training on COVID-19 is exceptional because it is needed now =
and it should be done.
